Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

I don't know about you, but I love peanut butter! This amazing Peanut Butter Protein Cookies are adapted from Tone It Up's #TIU31 Challenge and are super delicious! This will help kick those sugar cravings and keep you on track. The best part is that these sweet treats are high in protein, gluten free, dairy free, have no added sugar. Gotta love that, right!?

What You'll Need

2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used VegaOne)
¼ cup egg whites
1 cup natural peanut butter, unsweetened un salted*
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon sea salt*

What You'll Need To Know

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients.

3. Roll dough into approx. 2 tablespoon balls (about 1") and then flatten balls with fork to form cookie shape and cook for 10 minutes.

* If using salted peanut butter omit sea salt

Recipe makes 12 cookies.
