Creamy. Dreamy. Delicious. These are the three words that best describe this Super-Nog. It's an ode to Kure Juice, here in Portland. If you haven't been, let me just tell you that their Anytime Nog is pure awesomeness. Since it's been cold AF here in Portland, making that 4 walk block in 28F has got me lazy AF that all week I've been trying to recreate this delicious drink. I think I finally nailed it down!
What You'll Need
2 tsp lucuma powder
1 ½ cups cashew milk (I used Forager Project brand)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tbsp grade a maple syrup
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp walnuts
1 scoop Vital Proteins Vanilla Collagen Peptides *
What You'll Need To Know
1. Add to high-speed blender 2 tsp lucuma powder, 1 ½ cups @foragerproject cashew milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, pinch of sea salt, and 1 tbsp walnuts and blend until smooth and thoroughly combined.
2. Pour blended drink into a small saucepan and gently warm over low heat on stovetop. pour serve and drink up buttercup!
* Remove collagen peptides to make vegan.
